You cannot use Custom Users and Domain Users in the same time.

I recommend to use domain users and local users for this enviromment or centralize all access in domain.

Do you want to change to DMS, I described the main differences between DMS and NTFS on this discussion:

Hi Ali,

In the Qlikview Server Reference Manual you will find these topis to help.

Authorization > Document Level Authorization - explain how each works.

Features and Limitations - explain what versions support it.

The fact is that our Windows server has only licenses to 5 domain users but I have over 10 QlikView users; I need users who have domain users to log in normally but additional users to log in using the users that I create in QlikView is this possible?

As far as I know thats not possible since you must either choose NTFS or DMS. And even if you could use both you still would have to buy more licenses since these are assigned per user and not per security type. You could buy sessions cals if you need to share them for multiple users although I think those are the most expensive and are only available in the Server's Enterprise edition.
