Email Alert when document does not load correctly


Hi

This functionality is not working for me. All setting are filled in and i follow the QVS  Manual. Do you may have any idea why the email service does not work? (host name is correct, i run the email test and i get the email, but not when the document fails)

thanks for any help on this
