Empty AccessPoint when using VPN, where to start?

Hello all,

One of our customers is having a strange issue. When they connect to their network through VPN, they get an empty AccessPoint.

The strangest thing is that this only happens when they go to the DNS alias (http://qlikview) and not when they use the server name (http://<server name>).

An other thing to mention is, when they go to the alias http://qlikview they see the accesspoint and it tells them that they are logged in as a domain user (via profile NED\Domain Username).

They use DMS and locally everything works fine. The person which we used to test this has a named call and has been added in the DMS authorization list for a couple of documents.

Does anybody have an idea?
