Error Export Excel using AJAX - QV Version 11

All,

I'm in a customer, and we have a problem, when we are exporting to EXCEL (using AJAX), not working.

Please, anybody know how fix this error?

Thanks...

Is it a large table (rows and columns) you are exporting?  If so try reducing it by making selections and test that as Send to Excel, or try it with fewer columns.

Are you able to right-click the object and Export to csv? I've worked in places where this works and Send to Excel doesn't.  I suspected it was because the QV server was in a DMZ and it was a cross domain or firewall issue.

Issue resolved, was necessary created a folder in the file-server.

Hi Bubble Z,

I am not sure if he is talking about creating the Temp folder under C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\

This folder should be created by default and it is the folder that QVS users to format the export files.
