Error in Server Sequence contains no matching element

Dear All,

I Have issue whenever i am doing any changes in QEMS.

I am getting the error like "Server Sequence contains no matching element","Make sure that the QVS is available with the correct credentials".

I am having the Administartor rights for my LoginID.

Please find the attachment of the screen shot of same.

attachment doesn't work for me, see if user running the qlikview services is a local admin and part of the qlikview administrators group.

I've also seen windows users profiles go bad sometimes, when IP address has changed or something like that. You should try creating a new user, who is a local admin and member of the qlikview administrators group.

Ran across this problem today and found it to be caused by a dangling Publisher license key. Also had message "Could not perform request since QMS backend is in Off Duty state error" in  ManagementService Log.

Fixed it with the instructions in:

Note the correct filename in reginfo.txt, not .ini.

Dear Rob  Wunderlich,

   I am try to search for reginfo.txt as well as reginfo.ini,i am not finding out the file.

   I am having the Windows Server Enterprise 2007 Operating System.

   Where can i find it can u please help me on this

What version of QV Server? If it's V9, the info may be in the registry instead. Is this server supposed to have Publisher>  In your QEMC license tab, do you have a Publisher key? If not, it may be a different problem.

Probably a good idea to contact QT Support.
