Hi,
1) getting following error while trying to open QV doc from access point !!.
docs can be opened only from the dev environ.
2) also getting this while trying to change reload setting etc.. in QMC for any document
3) also,sometimes all docs in the mounted folder show up in QMC & after sometime they disappear & re-appear again after sometime.

Do u have logs?
Have u tried removing meta and shared files from folder? Make a backup first.

Do you have another QMC running somewhere on your network pointing to this servers?
I had a support case that had this issue. The Customer had renamed an old server and replaced it with a new one with the original name. The old server was restarted so all the Qlik Services came online and started giving issues with the new server.
