Error while using Named CAL's

Hi All,

We are using Named User CAL's , so people can share the CAL's . Now when a user have logged in with some CAL and is about to open a sheet which takes some time to open . At the same time if some other user tries to access the Report with the same CAL, it gives an error like this

some times it may not give the error also but the first user get's hanged. So do any one know how to avoid this & to get a normal message like "Server Communication lost"
