Hi,

In the event log how to find the specific document is loaded.I have only the "Ticket created : Ticket Created for Domain\Username"

"Ticket Lookup:Ticket  123445454 was found"

If the document needs to be loaded in memory, you should see the following entries in the event log...

      504 Information DOC loading: Beginning load of document

     500 Information Debug: Opening file

If you are trying to track user/document activity, the session log file is more convenient.

Thanks for your response.I havent have the entries which you have mentioned .But still i am able to see the selections and other details in the Audit log file.
