Event id 500 and 700

Hi,

On our environment it is a Clustered ( 2 physical boxes  and 2 virtual boxes) and on our physical boxes which has the Qlikview server and the web services with IIS    i did noticed in the application event logs  that we are getting  Warning  with event id 500 and information with event id 700 regularly but all the services are running fine and with out any problem and  why are we getting these Warning

and below are the log details.

Warning  with event id 500:

The description for Event ID 500 from source QlikView Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

SE_LOG: User - GetGroups: DCName is empty. Fetching...

Information with event id 700


The description for Event ID 700 from source QlikView Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

SE_LOG: Starting purge of temporary files.

How can i resolve this issue.

This is just additional logging and can be ignored.

Jahnaivi,

Like Bill said, this is just additional logging and you can ignored them, but how do you have the logging verbosity, you may reduce it to medium or low to avoid it.
