Failure exporting to Excel - Qlik Community

Hi,

Please see attached image - users cannot export reports to excel, there is no option given in the drop down list

However, in the development version of the file, I can export to excel no problem.

The issue only occurs when I publish the file to the access point

Under Document properties\security do you have export to excel checked?

Yes, I have this check box checked but I still cannot export to excel.
