Function - Open in Server in order to get a license

Hi to all!

If the users want to open documents on server, they have the problem with this error message:

They log on with the NT identity

If they take the alternative identity and enter the same user id, it works.

We had a domain change, before it has worked and now it does not. Has anybode an idea?????

This is the message in the event viewer: the user id is empty, when I take the option "Use NT-identity":

Hi,

Using NT Identity will only work if you are working on a computer connected to the same Windows NT

domain as the QlikView Server.

thanks for your reply.

But are you sure?

Before we changed the domain, it worked and the computer was in another domain as the qlikview server.

Perhaps I have to change a setting on the server???
