HELP! Installed v9 SR4 today, and IE/Firefox partially load the AccessPoint and how hourglass, where Chrome works fine

Hi all,

I upgraded our Server this afternoon to v9 SR4.

Installation went by fine. Uninstalled old version. Installed new version specifying a network domain username/password in the process.

Now, when I access the server from a client PC, IE and Firefox load up the AccessPoint header, but no thumbails and no contents of drop downs. If I hover the mouse over the header it becomes an hourglass.

The top right just says "logged in as.." with nothing after.

Chrome works without any problems.

Can anybody suggest what the problem is.

I have added the server to my trusted sites list. I have installed the latest plugin.....

Matt,

Are you running IIS? If so, try disabling Anonymous Authentication on all virtual directories and make sure your QVS security settings match this (either Allow Anonymous or Prohibit Anonymous, but not Always Anonymous).
