[HELP] can not start any of qlikview services

hello..

i have a problem that i just met now

suddenly the qlikview services is stop

when i try to start it, it shows error and services are unable to start

here is the screenshot of error :

why is it?

how to solve it?

problem solved

i changed the user and pass in log on tab on every qlikview service
