Help! - Attempted to add new CALs but now server is offline

Hello... I order some more 6 more CALs and received a 16 digit License Key number and a 5 digit control number from my reseller.

I entered the new numbers on the server console here:

Then I click Apply License and then Update License From Server...

However I got a message to say the server is offline.... now both noxes are blank it says 'Server is down' as below:

First check that the Service Qlikview Server is up and running on your server ( Click on Start -> Run and type Services.msc then Enter)

In the list of services check that Qlikvview Server is Started. If not, start it.

Then go back in Enterprise console manager and check that the licence is properly entered.

Thanks Sébastien, that was it... back on-line and it even show my new CALs too!
