This is my first time using the "Loop and Reduce" method. I created the Parent Application (Test.qvw) and selected a field on which to loop and reduce (Region). Upon running the task I now have 4 user documents: Test, Test_Central, Test_East, and Test_West. All of my users utilize Access Point. How/where do I assign access for a specific (Named) user to the 3 child documents? Do I have to use section access? i.e. How do I make sure only Jane Doe can see the Test_Central document?
You will need a field in your document that identifies the Userids or Groups. This field should be linked to the Region Field. In the Task "Distribute" tab, select "Loop Field in Document". Select the user field in the dropdown, and the id type. (See Help for details of choices).
This is similar to the process used on the Reduce tab.

Thank you Rob, I added the SAM Account Name of the user to a table and it worked perfectly. However, I do see a warning on the Management console which I will have to investigate.
