How to configure default mail client?

Hi, I´m with QV11 and trying to sharing my session of the server, but I receive this message:

"Could not performe this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed"

I´ve already put user and password in the mail server configuration, and it's working if I send a test e-mail from this configuration screen.

Any idea please?

This may be you didn't set a outlook or something else as your default mail client.

So, according to your answer, I need to configure outlook or other e-mail client in the server? Is there another way please?
