In the Personal version to open another user's file is no data. How to open files with data from other users using one of 4 attempts?

You don't open other users files in PE.

Hi,

Peter reference is the correct one. If you are going to be doing this on a regular basis, you will need to get a developer license. You will need to contact your account manager for that.
