How to save data created dynamically??

In my dashboards i gave users ability to generate data by using Dynamic update function. I created input boxes and assigned variables when carries the data entered by users and generated in straight table dynamically.

But when my dashboard is refreshed all the data dynamically entered by users is gone.

Any ways to save this dynamically entered data? Please help.

Thank you

Hi,

When u make a refresh  save the dashboard using the Bookmarks.

once the refresh is done u can always refer to last saved by using Bookmarks.

Thanks

Reload is scheduled 7pm everyday. Business doesn't want users to export any report. We only want them to input data and we need to capture data entered by them.

But data is gone after 7pm.:/

Have a look at SQL Writeback from QlikView extension object. maybe.. but you'll need to run in AJAX for that.

Static filters based on field values can be created in NPrinting and so can dynamic filters based on expressions in QlikView syntax. Filters based on fields can use both existing field values and also values which do not currently exist in the data (this may be useful for slowly changing fields). Dynamic filters use QlikView syntax expressions which are calculated at run time and then applied to the filter field. You can only use expressions whose output is a single value (e.g. "year(now())").  If you want more complex dynamic filters you have to create a bookmark in QlikView having the logical structure you want and use that as a filter in NPrinting (see: Creating NPrinting Filters Based on Existing QlikView Bookmarks).
