I get Message:No server in Accesspoint

I had to restart physical server on which Qlikview server was installed. After the reboot i get "NO SERVER" error.

I log into QMC which is set up on a different server and i see a message "OFF DUTY" next to QVS. I tried to restart the web services for QVS but it doesn't restart.

I have IIS for this Qlikview server. Can you guys help me as to what else i can try.

Hi,

Off Duty means same licence used in 2 machines.

Just use licence in one server.

In order to detect other server in the same domain use power tools.

I just verified. It's not the same license i have for two servers. It's totally different.
