IE Plug In Needs to be Reinstall

We are on QV Server 11 - 64 bit, Internet Explorer 8 and the latest QV IE Plugin. Some users are working in the IE Plugin just fine one day and next day clicking on anything in the IE Plug does nothing. We have to reinstall the IE Plugin and then all is working again.

Any ideas why the IE Plug is getting corrupted?
