IE Plug-in Issue

Hello Experts

When he open the AccessPoint at the right side, on the top end he is able to see 'Download IE Plugin'. User has downloaded the plugin but it does not work. In the AccessPoint that 'Open with IE Plugin' is still disable.

Due to this user is able to see one of the document in the AccessPoint  but unable to open it.

Can someone help me.

hi,

Which version of Qlikview you are using? If you are using Qv 10 SR4 and if your IE is 64 bit, then I think it will not support. QV 10 doesnt have 64 bit plugin support.

Did the user only download the plugin but didn't install it?

No, I guess user is using QV10 SR3 or previuos version.

HI Anta,

I meant to say , write a mail to support@qlik.com.  Tell them the issue. Explain them this issue is occuring on certain machine.

They will help you out.
