IE Plugin Menu

How do i get users to have the  IE Plugin menu option? They seem to only have the Full Browser and mobile version only

Hi,

In your QEMC,

Make sure the highlighted thing in the image is selected.

Then on access-point you will find a link to download pluggin.

Once installed you can see the option to open with pluggin from access point.

Mike,

That means that your user are using Ajax client, like Ashfaq describes, your users need to installed the plug-in client on their machine to have the plug-in option.
