IE Plugin shows right data but Ajax footprint shows wrong data!

Hi,

The QlikView document when accessed using IE plugin shows the right data i.e. shows the right dimensions and measures for a selected period.

eg: for year 2011:

shirt - £2000

Trousers - £4000

Jackets - £6000

When the same document is accessed using Ajax zero footprint it opens the document but for the same selection of period gives different set of dimensions and measures

eg: for year 2011:

Coats - £600

Shoes - £1000

Socks - £350

We are using Qlikview SR1. Can someone explain why this happens?

can i know version of client and server ?

if your client and server version is different then normally you will faced this types of problem.

I alredy seen this types of strange behaviour in version mismatch.
