Impact of BI usage to the organization

Hi I'm currently a master student at Lund University and at the moment I'm writing a paper regarding the impact of BI usage to end-users/BI professionals or the organization/company that implemented BI either public or private company and I would really appreciate if some of you who are working with the company that using BI or have some expereinces with BI can help answering the questions below. Thank you!

The first set of question is for the person who is working in the company that implemented BI.

1. Are you working in the company that implemented BI or consulting company? and How long have you been working with BI?
   (Please mention the name of the company if possible)
2. What do you think was the reasons/visions for your company for implementing BI?
3. What were your opinions when you first heard about implementing BI?
4. Was there any resistance within the company from the end-users such as employees including executives and managers?
5. Do you think what were the success factors of your company for implementing BI?
6. In case your company failed to implement BI, what was the reason for that failure?
7. After implemented BI, what are the positive/negative impacts of implementing BI within your company?
8. How does BI affect company's performance in your perspective?

3. What were your opinions when you first heard about Business Intelligence?
4. From your personal experience, is there any resistance within your customer company from the end-users such as employees including executives and managers? If there is, How do you mediate this disagreement?
5. What could be the reason for failure in implementing BI?
6. After implemented BI, Do you think what will be positive or negative impacts of implementing BI?
7. How will BI affect company's performance in your perspective?
8. Do you think using BI can improve competitive advantages of the company?
