Installation Qlikview 11 on a new server

I try to access by an url on the IE to view the documents.

Do you access by access point?

I can see the document by the management console when I select a user but I can't see the documents by access point.

can you help me please?

First You need to know user in active directopry

2nd user have valid cal

how many cals u have

I'm connected on the ldap directory so there are many users and they are some valid cals

When i search my name or others colleagues in the tab "Users" in the QMC, i find them.

It's impossible for me to access to my documents on the server.

is it normal when i select one user, in the tab "cals" on the right, neverthing appears (user name, type, last used, expiration....)?

I looked all the question about the problem of access point but I never find the good solution.
