Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi  all,

I am getting an error while accessing application from access point.can some one help me what might be the possible cause

I am using qlikview server  10 sr4.

please find the attached screen shot for user.

Dear,

Maybe you need to update Internet Explorer if it's 6 or 7 because microsoft has stopped supporting windows xp components. So you need to update your internet explorer first.

I have IE 8 .

is there any other workaround on this?
