Issue with Access Point

Hello, sorry for my bad English.

I have problems with an application in the Access Point via web. Some time ago while using the application do a selection and then I closed the browser. Now every time I go into the application starts with the selection applied.

Delete the filter, close the application and when I open it again starts again with the selection applied.

How can I do to start the application that do not appear this selected data?

Thanks for your help. Hope can understand me.

Another possibility is the "Prohibit Session Recovery" (V10) or "Allow Session Recovery" (V11) setting in the Server management console.

The selection would be in the actual qvw file. Thats when this happens. Open the original QVW file from server and remove the selection and then save. Your problem should solve.

Thanks but no, the qvw has no slection made.

For other users it is normal that the application is opened with the selection made for the last time, but in this case always opens with the same selection for more to close the application with another selection.

Also thanks.

In your access point when you see the link for your dashboard there will be a small link next to that for "Remove last document state". Can you check if clicking this helps?

At the moment I resolved with "Prohibit Session Recovery" because I do not need this feature.

Thank you all for the help. Greetings from Argentina.
