It is possible to recover the Document CAL License?

Hi All I am facing severe issue for Qlikview Licenses. Problem is I created 2 QlikView Application(Ex: A and B).

In A application I assigned 10 Document License and B application 10 document License. after that I Deleted Aapplication but in server shows remaining License is 15. Here 35 document license. How can I recover the 10 licenses????

I highly doubt you can collect those licenses back...

Hello Sathish,

This should be fixed if upgrading to the latest release.

What you can do in your version, if you remember the filename, is to create a file A again, then remove the assigned doc cals from this document before you delete it again.

Thanks for your reply. But Thing is Someone Developed the application and assigned the license after that they delete the application.

now i don't know the application name and User Name(Document Cal License Assigned User) List also.

any solution????

Now I am trying to get qlikfile file name from registory and log file.

If u know Any other solution Please provide me.

Hi Sathish, During off hours delete all license cals by going to QMC -->Licenses -->Cals Delete all cals occupied, make sure Allowed dynamic cal assignment is checked. May be it will help you. thanks
