Licences in Development,Test and production environment.


Hi all,

Can you please tell me what kind of licences we are using in Development,Test and Production environment in qlikview.

I only knows below cals.

named user cal

document cal,

usage cal

session cal

Apart from above mentioned cal is there any differenent cals are we using in diff env.

Hi Deepak

If test licence is used in dev then we cannot lease license in dev too.

If you are using full licence (not test licence) in dev Then you can lease licence.

Basically there are two licence available by qlik.

1) Full fledged licence

2) Test licence.

Now it depends on you. Which licence you use for your test,dev,prod Environments.
