License Access: Used ID error

Hi All,

I have a professional license and I have sent the file I am using to a team member with an Analyzer license. They get a message of Enter User ID (as below), why does this happen?

I have not applied any Section Access as of yet and I have tried to enter log on name and Qlikview licensee key number.

Apparently it was indeed due to Section Access being applied to the document.

I know you said you don't have section access applied, but check the below and make sure the items in red are not checked.
