License does not seem to work. (Failed to retrieve settings from QlikView Server)

Dear Specialists,


I am trying to do server installation. But it doesn't "remember" the license.
After I click Apply license it makes the fields empty again.

Other thing is that on the Qlikview Server settings tab it gives: "Failed to retrieve settings from QlikView Server"

Any suggestions?

I am logged in as local administrator, this administrator is a member of the Qlikview administrator group
And all Qlikview services are running and started with the Local system account.

Set the Log On account in the Windows Services console to that (or any) local administrator allowed to read in the folders where the QlikView applications and temp files (such as excel sheets or QVD files) are in. Restart services and try again with the console.

Are the services disconnected because I haven't entered the license succesfully?

Or

Can I not enter the license because the services are disconnected?
