i have a qlikview document in our QV server and our customer should access it via access point bu the gets a "login failed" window displayed on his browser.
Our customer is an external one (client, outside our intranet) and logs in via "http://IPAddress/qlikview.index". the customer already tested the login with
a) domain name and user account
b) we set the web address as trusted site
c) we checked that the port for the QVWS connection with the client is open
d) setting in QMC under logging as "default login"
Do you have any idea what can we still check?
