Login with 11.20 SR13 upgraded to 12.0SR4

I´ve just upgraded a server using 11.20 SR13 to 12.0SR4.

• IIS support with redirection from "/"  to "/qlikview"
• Authentication using alternate login page FormLogin.htm (1st screenshot attached)

When a logged user clicks in "Sign Out" he/she is beeing redirected to login.htm with a "Login Failed" message.

Any hints what´s going on?

The redirection is wrong.

The redirection should be to

<server name>/qlikview/logout.htm

where user can easily get link to login again....

I can´t redirect all requests to that link

I´ve redirected  "/"  to "/qlikview"  to avoid users has to type <server>/qlikivew to login
