Mail Alert not working !

Hi Experts,

I have made one QV mail alert which is sending alert on some condition after reloading of application in version 9.When i am scheduling this with the publisher sometime it sends alert but some time it does't work .when I am using window schedular and batch then it is working fine but schedular is working only when I used to logged in .when I log out from server then window schedular does't work. I am having the rights of administrator however I have used other admin credentials and also tested for the account from which QlikView services are running.Still I am getting the same problem that is it needs to log in to run the Window schedular.

Hi Ravi,

I am also facing the same problem before that time I created 1 user called QvAdmin but that user have admin rights but only read not write permission. after I give write permission then problem solved.

I don't know exactly, just check write permission also there?
