Management Console

Is there a way to see the management console outside the server? I don't want to have to login to the server each time I need to change anything.

Sure, just point your browser to the same URL:
http://<your server>/qvsmanagement/default.aspx

Enterprise management:
http://<server>:4780/qemc/default.htm
And, I suspect my previous link is outdated. Try better this
http://<server>:4780/qmc/default.htm

Settings - you should be in the QlikView Administrators group.
