Models not showing on access point

Hi There

I have a new model which I have deployed on the access point.

Certain users are able to view the model and some are not.

I have tried giving access to the actual document under properties and also on the entire deploy folder.

this document is not visible on the access point.

this is a version 2 of a previous model basically a copy

any Idea what I could be missing... why this model is visible to some users and not to others with the exact same access...

Hi

I realized my issue the users not able to view the model were not on the section access list.
