Multiple Versions of QlikView Plug-in on Same Client

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a specific recommendation from QlikView about having or not having multiple versions of the QlikView IE plug-in installed on a client PC?  Specifically, if both the v9 and v10 plug-ins were installed, would there be any conflict or would the v10 functionality still be available for v10 documents?  It seems to me that this would not be desirable, but if it will not cause issues it will make life easier for our v10 deployment.  Thank you for your help!

I think it depends on the version of the server hosting the files you open: if it uses a "qvp://" url (default behavior) the last plugin version you installed will be used, and it uses the opendoc_fix.htm the plugin with the same version as the server will be used.
