My doc licenses were removed with a new license add in. How do I resolve these?

We recently purchased new licenses for another team and added the set to an existing set.

What this did was remove all license settings (both document CAL and user CAL) from the initial license.

How do I recover the original settings?

Licenses assigned are deleted, the pgo files are generated again
