If you want to display data as is, then use Table box. You cannot have expressions in Table box.

Use Chart to display dimensions and expressions

Hi

I understand the problem you are having with a straight table. You cannot use a table box, as it does not support expressions. What a about using a pivot table? Check the option "Always Fully Expanded". This will scroll more conveniently than a straight table.

In a pivot, you can make the left most fields narrower, as they can wrap to multiple lines. You could also experiment with Indent mode in the Style tab of the properties dialog as another way to make your table more compact.

if you want to export the the table data, no need to go extream right and click on the excel icon.

Just right click anywhere on the chart and select "Export to Excel" option.

For scroll bar issue, try adhoc reporting style. So that you can select the desired fields from the list box selections.

Thanks,

Hi,

Reduced Column Size and in Presentation tab use Multiline setting to show complete data

use  Wrap cell/Header Text
