No Connection in Access Point

Hi All,

I get No Connections error while accessing sample QVW. The system has 65 GB of RAM and all services were restarted but still I get this error. Please let me know how to fix this issue. I use IIS as web server.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, I was able to resolve the issue without re-installing.

Below are the steps I tried.

  • Deleted all pgo files from Qliktech installed directory and then restarted the services. Still it didnt work.
  • This steps helped to resolve the issue.
    • Stopped the services.
    • Renamed the Qliktech installed folder to Qliktech_old
    • Restarted the services.
    • The services created the Qliktech folder again.
    • After that everything worked

Can you attach the error screen?

Did you check if webservices are running?

Thanks for reading my question. The error message I get on clicking a QVW on Access Point is a pop window stating

The page at <Servername> say:No Connection.

Yes the webservices are up and running.

Did you check the same in server? Because it will take local host in server.

Are you getting the same error message.
