Not able to see internet explorer plugin option

Hi ,

we are not able to see internet Explorer plugin  while we have installed on it.

it showing small device for one user  and for remaining it is working

what may be cause

we are using qlikview 11 SR6 and its plugin

Hi,

If it is qlikview server or any other machine where desktop is installed. You cannot use pluggin.

I have QlikView server and desktop installed in my laptop and I can able to use plugin when required and even see the plugin as a download link.

True you can use the same,

But sometime you will have mix granularity of Desktop and QlikView Plugin, Not always.

So Its recommended not to install plugin in QlikView desktop Environments/ Machine as Desktop itself shipped with all the components required for QlikView plugin.
