Can any one of you could suggest me how to resolve the below Issue.
"It has come to our attention that the email notifications for some of our task failures are not being received. Specifically today we received notification that a task ("hpfs-amgt-tvs-estimated_returns (monthly reload, dist)") was being disabled due to excessive failures . We were not previously made aware of these failures. In fact, we ran the task again manually and it failed. No email was received for this failure either. We have noticed that this is true of other tasks as well.
Can you please help us receive email notifications for all of our task failures in QMC production."
In addition to Chip's comment, if this is regarding Document Administrators, be sure in the Distribution Service settings in the QMC that the folder where this resides has the Alert Email checkbox checked as well, as if that is not checked, then the emails would not be sent to the Document Admins unless their email addresses were included in the main Distribution Service Alert Email tab settings.
