If your using ODBC connection then please add the SYSTEM DSN connection in the server if your using OLEDB then its not needed

Hi.

Make test of connection in server.

  1. Create one file of extension udl in server;
  2. Choice in Provider tab, the driver Oracle Provider for OLE DB, click Next;
  3. In connection  tab, insert her data connection: datasource, name user and password;
  4. After, click in button Test Connection.

So, you find the cause problem: Driver, tnsnames, firewall, etc.

Hope this helps!
