Anyone can give me a hand?
sometimes the reason for an error like this are the browser settings.
If you want:
Open your browser go to TOOLS => ADVANCED => RESET
In our cases we are not able to locate the difference in the settings but it worked most of the time.
If not: provide a screenshot of the message you got and we will see if we are able to help any further.
