Original Ipad Works (access Point app), Mini Ipad Doesn't (App)

Hi,

I have an original Ipad and downloaded the application from the app store.  It works perfectly.  We also have many Ipad mini's and also downloaded the same app from the app store, but the solution doesn't come up...  I can see all my solutions but once I click on it to open it nothing happens  (I see the circle working, but it never brings anything up).  Any ideas what I could be.

My original ipad is running IOS 5.11, my ipad mini's are running 7.1.1.

from the same ipad mini I can go to the browser (Sarari) and connect perfectly via the browser.

I am not able to find that 7.1.1.  I will ask around tomorrow and let you know.

I was told if it wasn't working, you should open a support ticket.
