After the upgrade to version 9 (SR6) we noticed the automatic installation of a new PDF-printer (into directory C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 3). Might replace the current QV-PDF-printer, However from time to time our scripts run into error because the QV-application is looking for files exactly in the above directory. This error cannot be reproduced (with an individual file), nor can identify a pattern (certain time of the day, sequence of files etc.
Have you also encountered same? If yes, how did you solve it?
