Can you please suggest what would be Possible reasons for not able to open QVW file in accespoint irrespective of having assigned licence for user for perticular QVW file
You have to consider to things
1) Authentication and
check whether the user has all the permission , if you have implemented section access try to add the user of access list ...check you have provided access for the root folder
There are many reasons why anyone with a QV CAL is prohibited to open a document.
Some possible causes:
I would ask what is the error that you are seeing? Is it one document are all documents? One user or all users?
This is for one user he is having allocated licence but not able to view QVW file in accesspoint
Ask him for screen shot and share the exact error message.
That would mean there is no documents assigned to him or there is section access on the document and he is not listed in section access.
Check the security on the document and see if the user is listed.
