i am really interested in buying / creating a QV environment for two of our institutes.
So for each insitute i tried calculating the costs.
I just wanted to present my calculation and ask if anyone can verify its accuracy, or if i forgot something?
Small buisness edition Licence = 6500 Euro (this includes 25 document licenes?)
+ taxes (19%) => 1235 Euro
Main - Server / Hardware = 5000 - 10.000 Euro
maintenance => (20%) 1300 Euro / year?

Testserver
Hardware = ~5000
Licence costs 3250 Euroes + taxes (19%)
maintance = 650.
We already have two developer licences. So no additional costs there, right?
Would greatly appreciate if someone could verify my calculation.
