Problems Connectig BlackBerry to QlikView Sever 10 SR2

Has anyone managed to view documents on the access point using a blackberry?

I've been trying to access using the client and different browsers (opera, firefox), using qlikview server 10 SR2.

I've also configured the port 80. The same configuration works fine on an iPhone and iPad in both client and browser.

Sometimes i get an authetication error, sometimes it just takes me back to the login page.

We've been working with BlackBerry 8530 and 9550.

Any ideas?

Hi Martha,

Download and test using the BlackBerry simulator to see if the problem in the QVS server configuration or the carrier. You probably need to download the BlackBerry Email and MDS Services Simulator to simulate an internet connection through the BalckBerry.
