Problems with IE9 64 bit on windows 7

Hello,

We have problems with a user how runs IE9 64 bit on windows 7, with the IE plugin.

Export does not work and other problems.

Is there a sollution, maybe a 64 bit version ??

Hope you know a solutions

Hello,

As far as I know the plugin is only built for a 32 bit architecture, and support for IE9 started on v10 SR1, so make sure you upgrade to the latest version of QlikView server, desktop and plugin. QlikView plugin 10 SR3 running on IE9 32 bits works fine.

Try downgrading back to IE8.


Just go to Start>Control Panel>Programs & Features>View Installed Updates and uninstall your IE9. Reboot and that should do the trick.
